We are currently hiring a Solar Installer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on rooftops and other structures. You will also be involved in the design and planning of solar energy systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures according to industry standards
- Assist with the design and planning of solar energy systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance processes

Requirements:
- Experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for carrying heavy equipment and working outdoors
