We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various mechanical equipment and systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and compressors
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to use hand tools and read technical drawings
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and their components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work visa for Russia (visa sponsorship may be provided)
