The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with proficiency in English and a valid crane operator license. Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to project specifications
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment regularly
- Understand and follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure efficient use of time and resources to meet deadlines
- Keep accurate records of materials moved, equipment used, and hours worked

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license
- Experience working as a crane operator preferred but not required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
