We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include maneuvering the equipment to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job requirements and safety regulations.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maneuver equipment to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of safety regulations pertaining to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require working weekends and overtime. The job may also involve working in varying weather conditions. Note that this job does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship for non-Russian citizens.
