Solar Installation Technician

This full-time position is ideal for an Indian national with English speaking abilities, who is looking to start a career in the solar industry. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of solar panels and related equipment in Ufa. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. However, candidates should have a strong interest in renewable energy and be physically fit to handle the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings
- Ensure that all installations are completed safely and according to industry standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with English speaking abilities (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license (a company vehicle will be provided)
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work is an asset but not required
