We are a reputable architecture firm in Ufa, Russia seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in historic preservation and be passionate about preserving the cultural heritage of our city.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Prepare preservation plans and proposals for restoration, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse projects
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure preservation standards are met
- Review and approve construction plans for preservation projects
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to preserve historic integrity
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with preservation guidelines
- Develop cost estimates for preservation projects
- Stay up-to-date on local and national regulations related to historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Historic Preservation (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation or restoration projects
- Strong understanding of architectural history, conservation techniques, and building materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. As this is an urgent position, we require applicants who already have their own visa for working in Russia.
