Entry-Level Surveyor

An established surveying company based in Ufa is seeking an Entry-Level Surveyor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in the field of surveying and has little to no experience. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the profession, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

As an Entry-Level Surveyor, you will assist our experienced team members in conducting surveys and collecting data using specialized equipment. This may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions and traveling to different locations for projects. You will also have the opportunity to learn about land surveying techniques and software programs.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has good problem-solving skills, and can work independently or as part of a team. You must also be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

This position offers a salary of $1600 per month and includes on-the-job training. While previous experience is not required, candidates with some knowledge of surveying principles or related computer programs will be given preference.

Requirements:
- Completed high school education
- Strong interest in land surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and travel for projects
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of specialized surveying software is a plus
