Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience working with different types of excavators is an advantage
