Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This is a contract job that does not require English proficiency or prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Prepare the site by setting up forms and scaffolding
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand or power trowels
- Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Valid visa for working in Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)
