Entry-Level Fitter in Vilnius, Lithuania

As an entry-level fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical systems and machinery in various industrial settings. You will work under the direction of experienced fitters to learn the necessary skills and techniques to complete your assigned tasks. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced fitters in assembling and installing mechanical systems and machinery
- Learn how to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials for installation
- Follow safety protocols at all times while on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced fitters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required
- Technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus
