Fitter Supervisor (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Supervisor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1400$, free visa and ticket, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of fitters and provide guidance and support as needed
- Plan and coordinate daily work assignments for fitters
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Train new fitters on company procedures and standards

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid passport
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fitter or related role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language is a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
