Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a specialist in data analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. Your role will involve working with various teams to identify business needs and objectives, creating data collection methods, developing predictive models and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing and analyzing large amounts of complex data from multiple sources
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide valuable insights for decision making
- Developing predictive models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives
- Designing data collection methods that align with business goals
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, reports or presentations
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data through regular maintenance and quality checks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets
- Proficient in SQL databases, Excel, Python or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression analysis, clustering and hypothesis testing
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Utena (open to applicants from any nationality)
