Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Utena. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract role with accommodation provided. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to inform decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Experience working with large datasets
- Previous experience in the tech industry
