We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Utena! As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying patterns and trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. This role requires proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize various techniques to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights
- Identify trends and patterns within the data to inform business decisions
- Develop visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for data analysis projects
- Clean and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct statistical analysis using tools such as R or Python
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, R or Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
This is a full-time position paying $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, Lithuania. However, we are open to remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
