Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Utena. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining concrete structures and surfaces, following blueprints and specifications. You will also be required to operate various tools and equipment, as well as ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up scaffolding, barricades, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine appropriate materials needed
- Mix concrete according to ratios specified in blueprints
- Pour concrete into designated forms or surfaces
- Smooth and level concrete using various tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats
- Install reinforcing steel bars or mesh if needed
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker preferred
- Knowledge of mixing ratios for different types of concrete
- Familiarity with various tools used in concrete work (trowels, screeds, floats)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines. The successful candidate must have their own accommodation in Utena. Visa sponsorship can be provided if necessary.
