Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Utena. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to plan and execute projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Determine project scope, budget, and schedule
- Review architectural plans and provide guidance on constructability
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a full-time position based in Utena with a salary of $900 per month. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of any nationality.
