Hotel Sales Manager

A luxury hotel in Utena is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Indian market, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record in sales. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract Indian clientele and increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other key partners
- Create promotional packages and special offers to attract Indian guests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the Indian market
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Indian market, culture, and travel trends
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proven track record in driving sales growth in the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
