Hotel Sales Manager - Utena, Egypt/Philippines
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our hotel in Utena. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify and target potential clients through market research
- Build relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet targets and provide excellent service
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional offers
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Tagalog are preferred)
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position without accommodation. We are looking for candidates who are currently based in Egypt or the Philippines. This is an urgent position so quick response times are preferred.
