Sales Executive



A reputable company in Washington is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through effective communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management. You will also be expected to actively prospect and secure new clients while maintaining existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of $1400 per month is offered along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-US citizens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and secure new clients through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
