We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Online English Tutor to join our team in Atlanta. As an Online English Tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor students from various backgrounds, including Indians, in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English lessons for students of all levels and ages.
- Plan and prepare lesson materials according to students' needs and goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
- Monitor student progress and track attendance.
- Collaborate with other tutors to develop teaching strategies and resources.
- Stay updated on current language teaching methods and techniques.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles.
- Comfortable using online teaching tools such as video conferencing software.
- Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their language learning goals.
