Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and processes to improve efficiency and functionality. You will also work closely with end-users and technical teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Work with end-users to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, functionality, or user experience
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy new systems or enhancements
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems, network infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred:
- Experience working in the gaming or hospitality industry
- Project management experience
- Biometric passport for international travel
