IT Manager - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's technology infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's technology infrastructure including hardware, software, and network systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware and software
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in the company's systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and data management principles
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry
