Industrial Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. This role requires extensive knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and industrial design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Select appropriate construction materials and methods for each project
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Prepare cost estimates for projects and manage budgets accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industrial design principles
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
