Industrial Architect - Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial design principles, building codes, and construction methods.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop innovative design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas, USA (remote work may be possible)
Nationality: Indian (preferred but not required)
Language: Fluent English (required)
Experience: Entry-level or 1+ years of experience in industrial architecture (preferred but not required)
