Job Title: Crane Operator



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects and materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Inspect and maintain cranes before and after use, reporting any defects or malfunctions
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate crane set-up and configuration
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Rig loads for lifting using appropriate equipment such as slings, chains, or cables
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized training institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes (e.g. mobile, tower, crawler) and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints and load charts
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. Please note that this job is suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency. We also require candidates to have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.
