Head Baker for Busy Bakery in Las Vegas

We are seeking an experienced and talented baker to join our team as Head Baker at our bustling bakery in Las Vegas. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of a variety of baked goods, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring quality and consistency in all products.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery production process, including mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging
- Train and manage a team of bakers and support staff
- Develop new recipes and constantly improve existing ones
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and food safety regulations
- Monitor sales trends and adjust production accordingly
- Manage budget and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and lead a team
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in hot conditions

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Las Vegas (open to all nationalities)
