Teamlead for International Software Development Team in Los Angeles, USA

As a Teamlead for our international software development team in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of developers from different backgrounds and nationalities. Your main role will be to oversee the entire software development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for setting project goals and timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress. You will also be responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team. As a leader, you will provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

This position requires excellent communication skills as you will need to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other teams within the company. You must also have strong technical skills and experience in software development to effectively manage and guide your team.

We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership or managerial role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

As this is an international team, fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset but not mandatory. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but proficiency in Indian culture would be advantageous as we have a large Indian presence within our company.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.
