Floral Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. As a Florist, you will use your artistic skills and knowledge of flowers to design unique and eye-catching arrangements that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their event requirements and budget
- Create custom floral designs based on client preferences and event theme
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from vendors
- Prepare flowers for arrangements by cutting, trimming, and conditioning them
- Arrange flowers in vases or containers according to design plans
- Add decorative elements such as ribbons, bows, or other accessories to arrangements
- Ensure all arrangements are completed in a timely manner for delivery or pick-up
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock when needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Creativity and ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs) and stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Los Angeles (candidates from other cities will also be considered)
