We are a well-established metal fabrication company in Akron, USA seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for shaping and joining metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Our ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman with strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications and requirements for metal parts
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using rulers, templates, or other measuring devices
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using hand tools, power tools, or machines
- Join metal pieces together by welding, bolting, riveting or soldering methods
- Smooth and polish metal surfaces using grinders or other finishing tools
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role in a fabrication setting
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in using various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month along with benefits such as healthcare coverage and paid time off. This position is open to Indian nationals with valid work visa and ticket provided by the company.
