Metal Fabricator

A metal fabricator is responsible for creating metal structures and objects through the process of cutting, bending, and assembling various types of metal. The ideal candidate should have experience in metalworking and be able to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, and presses
- Assemble metal pieces together to create structures or objects according to specifications
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine proper dimensions and materials needed
- Weld or solder metal parts together for a secure fit
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in metalworking or fabrication
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using various tools such as saws, shears, presses, etc.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to work with heavy metals
- Attention to detail for precise measurements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month
