Merchandiser for Retail Store in Akron

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail team in Akron. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-stocked, while also providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position with potential for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Create appealing displays and arrange merchandise to maximize sales and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure products are properly priced and labeled
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sales promotions or events

Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail merchandising preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in the US

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
