Administrator for International Company in Akron, Egypt
We are seeking an efficient and organized Administrator to join our International Company in Akron, Egypt. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a full-time position, suitable for men from any nationality who have previous experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Preparing reports and presentations as needed
- Assisting with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Providing general support to the management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
