Concierge in Akron, Ohio - Relocation Assistance Available


We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge in the vibrant city of Akron, Ohio. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month and relocation assistance is available for candidates who reside outside of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area and common areas
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (hospitality degree is preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not required
