We are in need of an experienced Accountant to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Record and track financial transactions
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Monitor and analyze budget variances
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and submit tax returns
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
