The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, to move materials and perform various tasks on construction sites. As a Loader Operator, you will be required to have experience handling different types of loaders and possess knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other equipment
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on loaders
- Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures for loaders
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Physically fit with ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
