Warehouse Associate



We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Nakuru. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling, storage, and shipment of products in our warehouse. Your main duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, good physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, and excellent attention to detail. You should also be able to work well in a team and have good time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check received items for quality and quantity discrepancies
- Pick orders according to picking slips or verbal instructions
- Pack orders securely for safe transportation
- Inspect products for defects before packing them for shipment
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Keep track of damaged or missing items
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working in the warehouse

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Good physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Salary: 1300$ per month
