Rental Coordinator
The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our rental company in Nakuru. They will oversee the rental process, from customer inquiries and reservations to vehicle inspections and returns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to assist both local customers and Malayalee customers. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about available vehicles
- Processing reservations and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are clean and in good condition
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Assisting customers during the rental process, including explaining rates, terms, and conditions
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized rental office space
- Collaborating with other team members to improve rental processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Malayalee language skills preferred but not required
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
