Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Muscat. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction process from beginning to end. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules for construction projects
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations and codes
- Procure necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Source and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for each project
- Monitor progress and ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans
- Manage budgets and expenses for each project
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, codes, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience working with diverse teams

Salary: 1800 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Muscat (Preference for Indian candidates)
