Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Prepare and present reports on project status, including budget variance analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required

Salary: 1600$ per month

Contract Type: This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
