Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production processes. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$, suitable for foreigners and no English language proficiency is required. However, experience in machine operation is a must. As a Machine Operator, your main duties will include setting up machines before production, monitoring machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, and performing regular maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly. You will also be responsible for keeping records of production output and reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent mechanical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience with different types of machinery such as lathes, drills, or presses is preferred. You should also have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires physical stamina as you will be standing for long periods of time and may need to lift heavy materials or operate heavy machinery. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
