Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction process from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage project budget by tracking costs and making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements for construction projects in Kenya.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience).
Location:
Eldoret, Kenya.
