Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Prepare project budget estimates and monitor expenses throughout the project
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control procedures
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. This job is suitable for men who are Egyptian nationals living in Eldoret or willing to relocate. Accommodation will not be provided so candidates must have their own visa. Fluency in English is required for this role.
