Moderator for Online Community in Shan, India



We are seeking a passionate and dedicated moderator to join our online community in Shan, India. As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our online platform by monitoring and managing user-generated content and interactions. This is a remote position that requires no English proficiency and is suitable for men without any prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and interactions on our online platform
- Enforce community guidelines and take necessary action against any violations
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with the team to plan and execute engaging community events
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of community guidelines across the platform

Requirements:
- Fluency in Shan language (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Shan, India.
