Machine Operator - Shan, Malaysia


We are a leading manufacturing company in Shan, Malaysia seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment and be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines according to company standards and safety procedures
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to keep them in proper working order
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with various types of machinery, tools, and equipment used in manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
