We are in need of a hardworking and experienced Loader to join our team in Shan, India. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from trucks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the loading process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks
- Count and record incoming and outgoing materials to maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect materials for damage or defects before loading onto trucks
- Secure materials properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading and unloading schedules
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience as a Loader or similar role in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to coordinate with truck drivers and other team members
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
