Senior Architect - Eschen, Liechtenstein

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, as well as managing a team of architects and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and possess excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects from concept to completion
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Manage a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure they are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Valid work permit or visa for Liechtenstein
