A well-established restaurant in Eschen is seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team. This is an urgent position that requires a highly skilled individual with a strong passion for Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop Indian-inspired menus that are innovative and appealing to our guests
- Oversee and manage the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions featuring Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive experience in Indian cuisine
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of Indian culinary techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per week for the right candidate.

The restaurant is located in Eschen, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The city offers a peaceful setting with easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.

This position does not include accommodation; therefore, we are seeking candidates who already reside in Eschen or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
