Concierge Coordinator - Eschen, Liechtenstein
As a Concierge Coordinator in Eschen, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs. Your main duties will include managing reservations, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the concierge desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations for various amenities such as restaurants, transportation, and activities
- Coordinate guest requests for special services or arrangements
- Provide recommendations and information on local attractions and events
- Handle and resolve any guest inquiries or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area
- Train and supervise other concierge staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Liechtenstein
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
