Concierge Assistant - Eschen, Liechtenstein



As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at our luxury property in Eschen, Liechtenstein. Your main duties will include assisting the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, events, and other services as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared according to guest preferences
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
- Assist with special requests such as flower arrangements or gift deliveries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Proven experience working in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests from different backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
