Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are hiring a Concierge for our luxury hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests throughout their stay. You will be the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out process
- Respond to all guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Keep track of guest preferences to personalize their experience
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus)
- No previous experience required but hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must have the right to work in Liechtenstein
